Our chef, Aristide De Vita, arrived at the City Restaurant in the year 2003.
He acquired his education and experience both in Italy and France, where he also collaborated with Alain Ducasse.
He loves a fresh and colorful type of cuisine, which is both simple and inventive.
Desserts are the fruit of our Maître Pâtissier, Ranasinghe Rathnasoma’s inspiration. |
