Traditional chocolate cupcakes, served lukewarm, are soft and tasty, because the melting of the cocoa butter brings out its flavour and fragrance, as well as that of the cocoa mass. To this traditional recipe, we have added a heart of dark chocolate, with an incomparable texture.
